1. 'Trade BULK Deals' Promotion at Topps Tiles and Topps Tiles Boutique:

a. Trade BULK Deals are available at all Topps Tiles and Topps Tiles Boutique stores where the discount will automatically be applied to the transaction at the till.
b. Trade BULK Deals are available both instore and online.
c. Trade BULK Deals can only be redeemed by a registered Topps Tiles Trade customer present in store and entitles Topps Tiles Trade customers to the discount when the stated quantity of the relevant product(s) is met in one transaction.
d. Trade BULK Deals are available while stocks last.
e. Trade BULK Deals are valid until the date stated on the latest marketing material.
f. Trade discount and other Topps Tiles promotions do not apply to products comprised within the Trade BULK Deal, unless otherwise stated.
g. Prices on marketing material correct at time of print, errors and omissions excepted.

2. '£250 monthly prize draw'

a. The draw is open to customers (if you have purchased) of Topps Tiles stores who are residents of Great Britain and aged over 18, excluding employees of Topps Tiles, their immediate family and any other person or business that is associated with this promotion.
b. The prize is 1 x £250 cash, for each month of the promotion. This will be paid directly in to a UK bank account or via a cheque, depending on the winners’ preference, within 14 days of notification.
c. Only one prize per person per month.  Only one entry per person per month will be accepted. No third party entries will be accepted.
d. Winners will be selected in a random draw conducted monthly, from all valid entries.
e. Winners will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the draw. Those not contactable within 72 hours risk disqualification and the awarding of the prize to a reserve entrant.
f. Entry into the promotion is on the understanding and the acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in a prize being forfeited.
g. The data collected from the entry will be collected and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
h. Topps Tiles reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time where it is reasonable to do so.

3. Terms and Conditions for 'Up to 1/3 off' promotion

Eligibility and Discount
•This promotional offer entitles customers to a discount of up to one-third (33.3%) off a product’s previous price. For these purposes, “previous price” means the price at which the product was offered for sale for a continuous period of at least 28 consecutive days in the preceding 6 months.
•This offer applies to selected products. The following are excluded from this promotion: installation services, sample tiles, delivery charges, and products already subject to clearance pricing. The level of discount applied to each product may vary and not all products will be discounted by the full one-third.
•Offer available whilst stocks last. If you have placed an order and made a payment you will be offered a full refund of any deposit paid.
•This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Trade account holders will continue to receive their standard Trade Discount, which will be applied in addition to the promotional discount.
•Any orders or deposits placed on products featured in the ‘Up to 1/3 Off’ promotion must be collected within two weeks from the date the promotion ends.

Returns and Refunds
•10% Off Adhesive & Grout – Offer applies when these products are purchased in the same transaction as qualifying tiles, with a minimum qualifying tile purchase of 1m² required to receive the discount. If any part of the order is returned, refunds will be recalculated based on the products retained:
•Where qualifying tiles are returned but the discounted grout and/or adhesive are kept, the discount will no longer apply.
•The retained grout and/or adhesive will be charged at their full standard selling price.
•Any refund due will be reduced by the value of the discount previously applied to the retained products.
•Where discounted grout and/or adhesive are returned along with the qualifying tiles, a refund will be issued based on the price paid at the time of purchase.
•All returns remain subject to our standard Returns Policy.

•If all six qualifying products are returned, a full refund will be issued based on the discounted purchase price paid.

•Any qualifying products retained by the customer will be charged at their full standard selling price.

4. Community Spaces Scheme

These terms and conditions apply to the Topps Tiles Community Spaces Scheme ("the scheme") run by Topps Tiles ("the company"), and by entering themselves into the scheme, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and agree to be bound by them. Those who do not agree will not be entered into the scheme.

The objective of the scheme is for entrants to nominate a community space they are involved with, alongside a brief account of why their space is deserving of a tile donation and a photograph of the space.

This competition is open only to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over. Employees of the company, their families or anyone else associated with this scheme or its operation are not allowed to apply.

Please do not submit duplicate applications, only one donation will be made to any organisation, if successful, in any 12 month period.

All information detailing how to enter this scheme forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant abides by these rules. The decision of the company is final, and no correspondence will be entered into after the decision. Submission of an entry will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The selected entries will be determined by the company, and will be contacted within 30 days of entry submission.

The final decision is binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The company reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify anyone who submits an entry that is in breach of the rules, or those that do not comply with content restrictions (defined below).

Any entry that does not comply with these content restrictions, in the sole discretion of the company, will be disqualified from the competition.

By entering the scheme and submitting an entry, every entrant:

a. confirms that the community space or project that he/she nominates is a not-for-profit organisation, or has charitable status (schools are not eligible to enter this scheme)
b. confirms that he/she has all necessary rights and authorisations to submit it and the express permission of all individuals, content and materials embodied or featured in the entry to submit it for possible use as provided for in these terms (and will procure that any individual featured will enter into an appropriate image release where necessary)
c. agrees that his/her entry does not otherwise violate Topps Tiles Terms of Use or infringe the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity
d. grants to the company the perpetual and unlimited right and license to use, license, edit, modify, duplicate and/or create derivative works from the selected entries throughout the world and in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, the right for the promoter to publish, display, broadcast, distribute, reproduce, perform, create derivative works from and otherwise use the entry via the internet or any other interactive media, on television, in print and/or any other media currently existing and hereafter developed and without limitation and without further payment or compensation to the entrant following the delivery of the prize, or his/her heirs and successors, i. on its own or as part of any audio-visual or other production; ii. to advertise any of Topps Tiles' products; iii. for any other purpose whatsoever
e. any works showcased on the site as entrants of the scheme will nonetheless be credited to those who submit them, highlighting their ability to produce selected entries, the size of which is at the company's discretion.

Entrants agree that the company will be entitled to edit entries as it deems fit in accordance with current advertising regulations and will not be obliged to make any use of any part or all of a entry.

Entrants are solely responsible for Internet connectivity, software and/or hardware that may be required in order to create and/or submit any entry.

Only one entry per person or organisation. No purchase necessary. Illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties.

The selected entries will receive a donation of tiles up to the retail value of £1,500. The donation does not include the fixing or fitting of any products. Donations are to be collected from a store.

The company reserves the right to substitute the donation (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Those selected are fully responsible for any and all applicable taxes in respect of the donation (including, where appropriate, import duty). All costs and expenses associated with receipt of the donation and any use not specified in these Terms and Conditions as being provided including, but not limited to, any and all expenses incurred by accepting the donation, are the sole responsibility of the selected entrants.

By entering into the scheme, the selected entrants agree to participate in publicity following the project completion, should it be required. This may include use of their name and image in online and offline publicity, communications, and in any other media worldwide without any fee being paid.
