You can return resellable products to us within 30 days for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). All products can be returned within 30 days, with the exception of powdered adhesive and levelling compound which due to the nature of the product needs to be returned within 7 days in a sellable condition.

We require that you submit this request in writing via postal mail to Data Subject Access Request, Topps Tiles, Thorpe Way, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SU or electronically via email to GDPR@toppstiles.co.uk. The Data Subject Access Request Form can be found as a PDF here.
