Respect Our Colleagues

Every day, our colleagues work hard to help customers with their project, and we are proud that the majority of interactions are positive and respectful. To ensure everyone feels safe and supported, we operate a zero-tolerance approach to:

• Abusive or offensive language • Harassment, intimidation or threats • Aggressive or violent behaviour

Anyone behaving in this way may be refused service, asked to leave the store, banned from returning and reported to the police where appropriate. For the safety and protection of our colleagues and customers, selected colleagues may wear body cameras, which can be activated during incidents of abuse, aggression or threatening behaviour.
