The Warmup products are covered by industry-leading guarantees as a result of extensive testing and research, many of the heating systems feature a Limited Lifetime Warranty and SafetyNet Installation Guarantee™. Here, we breakdown what warranties are available on the Warmup systems.

Standard Warmup Warranties

As standard, cable and mat Warmup electric underfloor heating systems come with a lifetime warranty.

Their range of Wi-Fi enabled thermostats have a 3 year warranty which is extended to 12 years when installed as a complete system from new (and installed with a Warmup Heater).

Warmup Warranties exclusive to Topps Tiles

If you purchase your Warmup electric underfloor heating system from Topps Tiles, you will get these additional warranty benefits that are exclusive to us.

1. Both product and installation is covered by this warranty.
2. Warmup will offer to repair a heating system bought via Topps Tiles free of charge, even if the damage is due to an installation error.
3. Warmup offer an enhanced sales support.
4. The 12 year Wi-Fi Thermostat warranty becomes a free lifetime warranty upgrade on all Warmup Wi-Fi Thermostats.
