How often will I be invoiced and how is payment taken?

You will be invoiced every time you shop and will receive a statement on the morning of the 1st of every month. Payment will be due by the last calendar day of the month you received your statement. Direct debit is recommended. If you are new to TradePay, you can set up a direct debit by completing the Direct Debit mandate, which you will receive in a separate email.
