I’ve lost my receipt, how do I return an order?

Don’t worry, as long as it’s within the 30 day return period and isn’t a powdered adhesive or levelling compound (which due to the nature of the product needs to be returned within 7 days) we will accept a proof of purchase, for example a bank statement.
