How do I return tiles for a refund?

You can return products which are unused and in their original packaging to us within 30 days of receiving your items, for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded (excluding paid for samples).  All products can be returned within 30 days, with the exception of powdered adhesive and levelling compound which due to the nature of the product needs to be returned within 7 days in a sellable condition. You must return the products to a Topps Tiles store along with a receipt as proof of purchase and a refund will be made via the original method of payment. Topps Tiles reserve the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 30 day period from receiving your items. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days. If you are unable to return the products, we can arrange a chargeable collection service, please contact your local store for further information.
