How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order containing a link to track the status of your order (if you do not see this email please check your junk mail folder). If you've placed a sample order you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to track the status of your order when your order has been dispatched.


To check your order status online please log in to ‘My Account’ and select 'Orders'. You will see one of the following 7 statuses:


1. Your order has been received and is awaiting processing


2. Your order is being processed ready for delivery or collection


3. Your delivery has been scheduled - please refer to your email for confirmation of time and date


4. Your order is ready for collection from your assigned store


5. Your order is out for delivery


6. Your order has been cancelled


7. Your order has been refunded
