Cutting blades

Each blade is designed to cut certain materials and available in various sizes, although some blades can be multi-purpose most are specific to the type of tile you’re cutting and have a diamond coating. Electric cutters that use a diamond-coated blade need to be water-cooled.

After each use, it is recommended to clean the cutting blade using a specialist cleaning block, prolonging the life of the blade by renewing the diamonds on the rim of the blade. Simply cut a 1mm strip from the cleaning block after each use to keep the blade effective.

115mm, 125mm, 230mm.

Dry cut.

Within the RUBI diamond blade range there are different types which  are colour coded depending on the material you are wishing to cut. CONTINUOUS rim blades are best for maximum cutting quality. J-SLOT blades provide high performance, allowing high speed cutting on the hardest materials. TURBO and TURBO-VIPER blades increase cutting speed without sacrificing a high quality finishing. SEGMENTED AND TURBO-SEGMENTED blades offer maximum cutting speed and versatility.
