Yes, you will still earn Rewards+ points on any transaction paid for using TradePay. However, you cannot part-pay for a transaction using both TradePay credit and redeemed Rewards+ points. You can redeem Rewards+ points in a separate transaction.

You can also choose to pay your TradePay balance using your Rewards+ points in store.
