Give your bathroom a touch of luxury with gold bathroom tiles. Much of the range brings gold in through richly veined marble effect bathroom tiles, where warm gold runs naturally through the surface, including large format bathroom tiles that carry the look across walls and floors with very few grout lines. There’s also a smaller, zellige-inspired design where the gold sits in the glaze itself and catches the light across the wall.

These gold bathroom tiles work especially well alongside white bathroom tiles, which let the veining stand out, and they sit comfortably with the warmer neutrals across our wider collection. Gold Bathroom Tiles

Gold bathroom tiles are a lovely way to bring a little glamour into the room, and most of ours do it through warm, golden veining instead of a shiny metallic finish, so it doesn’t feel too much. If you run a big polished tile up the shower wall or behind the bath, you really get to enjoy that veining, or stack the slimmer marble effect tiles neatly up the wall for something a bit more tailored. Our zellige-inspired gold tile is a lovely one to look at too, as its glossy, handmade glaze looks really charming in a chequerboard with soft cream or white, and gold always looks great next to black bathroom tiles or a deep navy.

There are a couple of handy things worth knowing too, like the fact that our gold marble effects are porcelain, so there’s no sealing to worry about like there would be with real marble, and a white or very pale grey grout lets the joints blend into the veining. As a lot of them are pale, a white adhesive is the best choice so it doesn’t affect the colour, and the bigger tiles need a nice flat wall or floor that can take their weight, so it’s worth a chat with your fitter before you start. Thinking of using one on the floor? Just check the slip rating in the product details first, as you can’t tell how slip resistant a tile is from its finish alone.

Are Gold Bathroom Tiles Too Much? ▾
Not at all, especially as most of our gold bathroom tiles bring the colour in through gentle veining on a soft white or cream base. Starting with a feature wall or the area around the bath is a nice way to enjoy a touch of gold without it taking over the whole room.
Are Gold Bathroom Tiles In Style? ▾
Yes, warm, gold-veined marble looks have become really popular, as they bring a bit of luxury to a bathroom while still feeling soft and natural. Calacatta-style gold bathroom tiles, with their bold, warm veining, are a particular favourite too.
Do Gold Bathroom Tiles Go With Chrome Or Brass Fittings? ▾
Yes, both can work. Brass and brushed gold fittings pick up the warm tones in the veining of gold bathroom tiles for a cohesive, luxurious feel, while chrome gives a cooler, crisper contrast for a more understated look.
