DO NOT USE THIS TILER He left me in the lurch with job unfinished resulting in injury due his leaving a trip hazard of ungrouted joints. Also left door that he rehung so it did not close (refused to wait half an hour for new hinges) Broke the legs of my cooker with hasty vinyl removal and did not replace boards under the units properly so they just fell over all the time. Not a completer finisher and expect to have to pay someone else to finish his work if you use him because he takes on more work than he can do and cant be bothered.
