Seamus has worked for us on 3 separate occasions since 2015 and each time he has done an excellent job. He always lets you know exactly what the cost will be and if there will be any additional costs for added extras during the work but will always seek your consent first. We have always found him to be honest, reliable, hardworking with always an excellent finished job. He has done work for several of my neighbours and he first came to us highly recommended and we weren’t disappointed .

Seamus did an EXCELLENT job tiling our new kitchen. The job was to remove initial tiles which had been very badly put up by another tiler and replace with new. All the finishes are excellent with attention to detail. Seamus worked incredibly tidily, leaving no unnecessary mess or damage to anything. He was on hand to give advice about the best layout and areas to be tiled or not. He had excellent time keeping, always arriving as arranged. Seamus did an outstanding job on our kitchen splash back. They were tricky hexagonal tiles but he was meticulous and they are probably perfect. I wish I had found him sooner, we wasted a lot of time with other tilers who messed us about but Seamus was quick to quote and managed to fit us in within a month of quoting. We first employed Mr Harkin about fifteen year ago to re-tile an area of bathroom flooring where the grouting had worn away rather badly, He did an excellent job and restored the floor beautifully. It still looks really good. So he was our first port of call when the tiles in our conservatory rose and cracked in the heat of last summer, He is so much in demand that we had to wait for him until December. But it was worth it. The floor is now as good as new, better in fact, because we saw how carefully he removed all the original materials and painstakingly prepared the site to receive the fresh adhesive and new tiles. It is a joy to watch him at work because of his enthusiasm for the task. We strongly recommend him.

Seamus did a fantastic job of retiling our shower. He is very reliable, turns up when he says he will, provides advice about what tiles to get, gives a detailed invoice. He was recommended to me by a neighbour and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Seamus did an amazing job of tiling our bathroom. We were let down by a previous tiler who did an awful job, however after stripping out the previous tiling, Seamus redid everything to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the job and would highly recommend Seamus. Sadly not all tilers are as good as Seamus!

Seamus has completed three jobs for us recently. He tiled our splashback in a herringbone pattern, he re-grouted our bathroom tiles and he tiled our fireplace. I can&rsquo;t recommend him highly enough. He&rsquo;s meticulous, artistic and reliable. He cleans everything up and is very tidy. He charges a fair and transparent price for a skilled job and he&rsquo;s a lovely bloke too. If you are considering have tiling done then Seamus is your man!

Seamus had a challenging job to use small, triangle glass mosaic tiles in our kitchen. He was so reliable, precise, helpful and polite from the first contact until the last minute.
