I’ve got 15 years experience in wall and floor tiling including installation of under floor heating . I moved here about 10 years ago from Newcastle and have done a lot of bespoke tiling for clients such as Ted Baker ,and I’ve been involved in DIY SOS 3 times so far . I find the design aspect of my job the most rewarding and love making a difference to clients homes and businesses .

This tradesman installed our underfloor heating and tiles over the top INCORRECTLY and it stopped working 2 years down the line. He has not provided any payment towards getting it fixed or any warranty paperwork, should we need it in the future. He did, however, visit our property and replace the tiles, which is something.<br />We had to pay £250 to WarmUp (The owners of the underfloor matting who came out to fix the fault) which I feel is totally unfair as it broke due to an installation error and due to Steve not having kept adequate warranty details.
