Lee’s work is outstanding - from start to finish. His attention to detail and professionalism shines through - beautiful cuts and perfect grout lines. He tiled are newly fitted kitchen and to say we are over-the-moon with the result is an understatement. Thoroughly recommended.

Lee was professional from the start. It was a pleasure to have a job done by someone who is so straightforward. The quote came when he said it was, he passed on his discount in topps tiles to us, the job was done to an extremely high standard and started and finished when he said it would be. I can’t recommend LM Tiling highly enough – Lee provides an all round outstanding service, delivering top quality workmanship at competitive prices. Having done a few jobs for me over the years, Lee recently re-fitted my entire bathroom to include tiling, fitting of all furniture, plumbing and electrics - a one-stop shop, which makes life so much easier. I live in a converted barn, where nothing is standard or straight forward and at every stage there were unexpected challenges and complications. However, this didn’t phase Lee and he systematically worked through every issue until he found a solution to give me the bathroom I wanted.<br /><br />Lee is punctual, professional and the tidiest trades person I’ve ever met. Lee did a fantastic job tiling our bathroom (walls, floor, and tiled bath panel) and installing our underfloor heating system. Before the job we discussed with Lee how the walls and floor would be prepared, tiling patterns, where the underfloor heating would be laid, and how the final product would look, so we were clear on exactly what work was to be done. He arrived on time, and was very professional and tidy in his work. He also photographed the layout of our underfloor heating and gave us a copy so we know exactly where the wiring is. Due to issues with our bathroom units, we needed him to come back to finish off a tiny amount around the units, and he was happy to do so. Now it&rsquo;s all done, we couldn&rsquo;t be happier. All work was completed to a very high standard and for the agreed price. We highly recommend Lee and will definitely hire him again for future projects. Thanks!

Lee did a fantastic job with our shower room. He did a beautiful job of re-tiling the floor and re-grouting the wall tiles. The room looks like new again. His work is to a very high standard and was completed within the timeframe and the price agreed. As we would have expected he took extra care to protect our carpets and furniture and cleaned up each day after the work. On top of all this, he is trustworthy courteous and has a positive ‘can do’ attitude. We felt he was a safe pair of hands. We would hire Lee again.

Lee was great. He completed a whole bathroom renovation for me. Was reliable, very hard working and gave me advise when I needed it. He stuck to schedule and the renovation was finished on time. The tiling looks great (both floor and wall tiles) and he fitted and plumbed the entire bath suite. Lee came recommended to me and i would use Lee again as his work is fab and he is very trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone that asks.

Lee was simply brilliant ! He has tiled our bathroom walls and floor and also installed underfloor heating. He was always on time, a very tidy worker, 100% trustworthy and a really nice guy to deal with. We are so pleased with the work he has done for us and would highly recommend him.

This is the third time we&rsquo;ve employed Lee in the last couple of years--first for our second bathroom and this time to replace our kitchen floor. His work is absolutely excellent--our loft bathroom is singled out by our guests for high praise. Absolutely professional, he offer great advice, he is a pleasure to work with, and very reasonable in his costing. We&rsquo;re delighted with our new kitchen floor, which changes the look of the room.and would recommend him very highly.

We have used Lee on several occasions and find hm really professional and meticulous. His tiling skills are excellent, but he does plumbing as well, and he transformed our old-fashioned and inconvenient downstairs cloakroom into a more spacious-feeling and modern room. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Lee - he was quick to provide a quote that included some very useful advice about what to lay beneath the kitchen floor tiles. Lee&rsquo;s price was competitive and the work was completed in the time he stated and to a very high standard - he was also friendly and respectful whilst completitng the work in April 2017.<br />We have kept his details and would contact him first for any future tiling work which says a lot about our experience - good to have a quality workman in our phonebook!
