Brian and his friend where asked to fit the tiles land scape and the boarder level with the window ledge. when I went to offer them a drink later on they had fitted the tiles portrait and the mosaic border was about 20 inches above where I had asked. the mosaics looked like they had been fitted by some ones feet, very in even. when I told them I had asked for them the other way they just looked at each other and said it looks better this way, later that day after they had gone I noticed they had broke my glass hob which ended up costing me several hundred pound
