Craig Smith laid some modular tiles for us and it wasn’t until the following morning we noticed that the pattern of the last few tiles were wrong, and it would nave been obvious to him having laid the same pattern lots of times. For 7 weeks we have been waiting for him to correct the mistake. He has made 3 appointments and not turned up or phoned to say he wasn’t coming, so wasting our time. He doesn’t answer calls.
