We’ve teamed up with TileMaster to provide you with this expert machinery enabling you to do a deep clean of any of your tiled surfaces at home to keep your tiles looking as new as the day they were laid.

Hiring a TileMaster TM40 Cleaning System is currently available at the following Topps Tiles locations: Raynes Park High Wycombe Brentford Slough Beckenham Croydon Thornton Charlton Ruislip Watford Imperial Chingford

To hire one of the machines for a three-day period you’ll need to create a booking with your chosen store. This requires you to pop into store, arrange a collection date and pay your hire fee.

For the initial renting period of 3 days the cost is £50, if you need the machine for longer a further charge of £30 per day is required. Unfortunately we’re unable to take cash or contactless payments as we require a £300 tokenised deposit so a chip and pin (debit or credit) card is required. Please note that this payment will only be taken if the machine is not returned, or is significantly damaged upon return, following the hiring period.

The next step is to view the Cleaning Chart in store and determine which pads and solution you require and purchase those products (prices range from £11.99 to £26.99 depending on what you require).

You can then follow this easy step by step guide by TileMaster to clean your floors. Once you’re done, simply return the machine to the store you hired it from.

TM40 Cleaning System FAQs

Can the TM40 Cleaning System be used on wooden floors?

No, unfortunately the system is not compatible with wooden flooring. It can be used on LVT, ceramic, porcelain, natural stone (travertine, limestone, marble, slate, sandstone, granite, Yorkstone flagstones), Terracotta and Quarry Tiles.

Are the cleaning pads reusable?

No, the pads are designed for single use only.

When cleaning natural stone or polished porcelain, does it need to be resealed?

Yes, to be cleaned effectively the old sealant must be stripped off using the ‘TileMaster Strip It’ solution, cleaned and then resealed.

Do I need to bring ID to hire the TM40 Cleaning System?

No, you will only need a credit or debit card that has chip and pin capabilities.

How does the Reserved Tokenised Deposit work?

When taking payment for the machine hire and your cleaning products, our system will retain your credit card information via a secure token. This is to protect against loss or damage at the rate of £300. More information on this can be found on the TileMaster hire T&Cs stapled to your purchase receipt.

Can I return any unused products?
