If the rust is a surface stain then it should remove easily with a pressure washer. However, if you're not using porcelain tiles or have not used Proscape grout and therefore can't pressure wash then there are a couple of options available, depending on how bad your rust stain is.
First, for porcelain tiles, try a solution of diluted white vinegar (50:50 with water), spray it onto the stain and leave it for 30-60 minutes and then wipe it off with a cloth.
If you have a more textured tile of natural materials then try a dedicated Rust Stain Removal product, ensure it says your tile material is safe to use and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
