At Topps Tiles we offer either free store collection or standard kerbside delivery, plus our home delivery sample service. We advise ordering your tiles in plenty of time for your projects to ensure everything arrives when you need it.

Need some items urgently for collection but want the rest delivered? We've made it easier than ever. Our flexible checkout allows you to split your order, so you can choose which items you want to collect from your local Topps Tiles store and which you'd like delivered

Standard Kerbside Delivery FREE on online orders over £249 on our Trade website. Orders under £249 and over 20kg in weight will be charged a £25 delivery fee. Postcode restrictions apply*, and charges are calculated at the checkout.
Standard Kerbside Delivery Under 20kg If your order is under £249 and under 20kg in weight, you'll be charged a £6.95 delivery fee. Postcode restrictions apply*.
Store Collection FREE

Store Collection

In-store collection is free on all orders, regardless of their value. Please enter your postcode in the checkout and select your preferred, convenient store to collect from. We’ll update you via email, and in your ‘My Account’ online, when your order is ready for collection (up to 7 working days). You may also receive a call from the store. For identification reasons, please note that orders paid for via PayPal cannot be collected from store. Store collection is also unavailable on the following products due to their size, weight or online exclusivity: AquaBase, Luxury Vinyl Tiles, Everscape Modular and Outdoor Profiles.

Standard Kerbside Delivery

Deliveries arrive by pallet on an 18 tonne tail lift HGV, and are direct to kerbside. Hazards or obstructions, e.g. sloped or gravel driveways, may result in the delivery being made to an alternative location. Access restrictions, e.g. narrow roads, may also lead to a delay or failure in delivery. If your property has restricted access, please let us know in the comments box at the point of placing your order. Orders will not be unpacked or carried indoors by the courier. Please ensure someone is in to receive your tile delivery. If required, you can return unwanted wooden pallets to your local branch for disposal.

Your order will be delivered to kerbside on your chosen delivery date, which you can select at the checkout. On the day of your delivery, our courier will notify you with a 2-hour delivery window. Please note, if you have ordered trims, these will arrive in a separate delivery. We aim for this delivery to be on the same day as the rest of your order, but this may not always be the case. Orders containing our Shower Panels and Wood Wall Panels will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders to Belfast are currently experiencing delays and will be delivered within 7-10 working days. Postcodes in Scotland and offshore islands* may incur additional charges and lead times, please enter your postcode within the checkout and we’ll calculate these for you.

Returns

You can return products which are unused and in their original packaging to us within 30 days of receiving your items, for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded (excluding paid for samples). All products can be returned within 30 days, with the exception of powdered adhesive and levelling compound which due to the nature of the product needs to be returned within 7 days in a sellable condition. You must return the products to a Topps Tiles store along with a receipt as proof of purchase and a refund will be made via the original method of payment. Topps Tiles reserve the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resell-able condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 30 day period from receiving your items. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days.

*Delivery charges vary for the following postcodes and will be calculated at the point of checkout, orders will be delivered between 7-10 working days to the following postcodes: GY, HS, IM, IV41, IV42, IV44 – 49, IV55, IV56, JE, KA27 – 29, KW1 – 14, KW15 – 17, PA21 – 38, PA20, PA40+, PH9, PH15 – 20, PH32 – 44, PH49, PH50, TR21 – 25, ZE.
