Gold Trader Terms and Conditions

1. Only registered Topps Tiles Traders are eligible to be part of Gold Traders. Traders must also register for Rewards+ in store to be eligible for points related Gold Trader benefits. A Gold Trader is defined as a Topps Tiles Trader who has spent at least £4000 (Inc VAT) at Topps Tiles in a 12 month rolling period. We will classify our Gold Traders every 3 months, on 2^nd February, 2^nd May, 2^nd August and 2^nd November each year. A trader’s annual spend will be taken into account up to 23:59 the day before the dates stated above (e.g. 0000 2^nd February 2021 – 2359 1^st February 2022) and an email communication will be sent to confirm whether a trader has met Gold Trader status shortly after these dates. We shall endeavour to give traders warning as to whether or not they will meet the Gold Trader criteria around 1 month before reclassification dates. Traders can also check how close they are to becoming/staying Gold by asking in-store. Traders must have given appropriate marketing consent to receive Gold offers and updates delivered via email, post and SMS. Some benefits (e.g. extra points) may have restrictions on use such as not being available with any other promotions or discounts, including Trade Bulk Deals. Topps Tiles reserves the right to cancel or amend the benefits of the Gold Trader programme at any point.
