We bought these to go in our conservatory and they look great. Of the 90 tiles used, only 1 was cracked. The customer service we received was excellent as well. We over ordered and Topps were happy to refund us for the unused boxes. They aren't overly textured so walking on them in bare feet is comfortable. Although they are called black, they aren't too dark, especially when they are all down together. The individual tiles are very heavy so be very careful when picking up a box.

Arrived chipped and with glue/concrete on corners
We chose a dark coloured tile for our kitchen and viewed in store before buying online (as recommended by previous customers visiting the North Finchley and New Southgate branches).
This product looked perfect but we now realise it was a huge mistake to purchase as many arrived chipped and with some kind of hard-wearing glue/concrete on them.
We contacted Topps Tiles and they blamed the Spanish manufacturers packaging, something that is 'out of their control'. This is a real shame as the tiles look great but are not economical if you can only us 4 out of 6 tiles in each pack.
We simply did not have enough tiles towards the end of the job and they were not available in our closest store to pick up quickly so we had to travel to another store (Willsden Green) to buy the remaining tiles (again with some chipped with glue/concrete) to finish the job.
All in all, it was a painful drawn out process and as DIY-ers who look for a 'low hassle' option. We will not purchase from Topps tiles again - at least until they take responsibility for the packaging their suppliers provide or which suppliers they choose.
We are currently waiting to hear from the North Finchley store via email and will update this comment if we receive a resolution. Currently, we have overpaid for these tiles and this service.
