Oh dear - the price!
This adhesive is as good as the previous review says - I have used it many times and often opt for this if in doubt over the rigidity of a surface. The characteristic of being able to peel/scrape off unwanted bits of dry adhesive (say from the surface of the tile) is both odd and useful. Topps do a two-part adhesive, which is cheaper but the mixing ratios for that product leave a lot to be desired - one of the many advantages of this one is being able to mix up the quantities you need with water.
The main drawback is the cost - it's a lot of money, especially when you consider you only get a 12.5kg bag.
One point that really should be made even clearer on the bag is the need to use GT1 in the grout mix (having bought the appropriate grout - not all can take the addition of GT1). The reason for this is, that, having fixed the files with an ultra-flexible adhesive, the grout needs to be as flexible, otherwise it can crack & fall out.

Do it once with this stuff!
While this adhesive is the dearest in the store, it provided a solution to the problem of floating floors when using tiles.
I have now used this product on 2 occasions for chipboard/ply floors over hot water underfloor heating floors (kitchen) and an acoustically isolated floating floor (4 bathrooms) using 60cm porcelain tiles on both occasions.
When gone off (it doesn't set hard as such) its rubbery like flexibility can still be scraped off - but - you can't pull it apart! you've no chance of 'prying' a tile up, it also goes off really quickly so for small areas, grout the same day is possible.
So far for me - it has been fit and forget without call back. Do it once with this stuff!
