The worst buy ever
If I had known what the nightmare these tiles were I would never bought them. First of all they don't stick to the chipboard at all, keep falling off (one fell on my arm causing the bleed). It's impossible to drill holes - damaged no end of drill "heads", tiles crack when drilling holes. Very hard to wash off the access of grout. Eventually went to the local ( kings lynn) Topps tiles store to complaint and was told the following - you can't use the ready mix adhesive if gluing to chipboards, it has to be the one that needs mixing....was sold a diamond hole cutter for the drill (haven't used it yet so can't comment) and was sold an avid mix to clean the grout off at the cost of £15 per bottle....why didn't they tell us this when we bought tiles?? So far waters at least 10 tiles (£90) 4 tabs of ready adhesive (£80) the hole cutters for drills and one week of work trying to do the job that shouldn't take more than 3 days....very disappointed.

Porcelain faced tile with brown clay base
I bought these tiles for the walls and floor of bathroom. It was a full renovation using aqua wall and floor panels prior to finish tiling. I have a diamond tile cutting disc machine but needed to drill some holes and cut around shower mixer. I spoke to assistant at Topps who sold me a tile saw and hole cutters. He assured me they would cut these tiles and I didn’t need any water feed system while drilling. Absolute rubbish!! The hole cutter lasted less than a minute and glowed red hot. I would have more chance with a spoon than their tile saw as it clearly was designed for use on ceramic tiles if that. Avoid Topps tools as they are expensive and do not work. I bought Erbauer cutters from Screwfix worked perfectly on porcelain tiles.
