Regal® Vanilla Matt 60x60 Tile is rated

i recently had installed 52 sq m of the regal matt tiles in my kitchen. They looked great upon installation but cleaning is another matter entirely.
they are a nightmare to keep clean. after 9 weeks since installation i am having the tiled floor professionally deep cleaned. in my opinion these tiles DO NEED sealing. I did consult the Topps showroom and the staff member informed me that they dont need sealing.
in the meantime i would avoid buying these tiles.
Tops Tiles need to review urgently or else remove them from sale.

Caution - Sealing an issue
I was scared stiff when the customer presented me with these monster-sized tiles. However, after checking that the floor was reasonably flat (few are) I proceeded and was pleased with the results. Not as troublesome as I thought they could be - however, it may be a tears-before-bedtime situation with an uneven floor and, therefore an adhesive bed of varying depths/thicknesses.
These tiles seem to compliment the others in the Topps porcelain range as having NATO-approved hardness. To cut holes you'll need access to some diamond drill bits (use with water) - or failing that, the Large Hadron Collider - they are really hard.
Only 4 stars, despite them looking very nice? This is because, if you read other reviews for this tile, but in other sizes, you'll see there is an issue - to seal or not to seal - and this has been going on for a year or two. The upshot appears to be that, despite these being a Matt tile, they DO NEED SEALING! Despite this fundamental point being kicked around for months, Topps have still not made any mention of this in the product description, and staff still seem unaware. Sorry Topps, this is pretty poor - you really need to make it clear whether tiles need sealing especially if, unusually, a matt-finish tile needs it
