Quality was terrible for such an expensive product
When we layed these tiles it was impossible to find a straight line. There was a +- 1mm allowance for variation with width but we had 3&4mm differences. The height was also different per tile. My tiler spent the best part of a day trying to lay these tiles but it was impossible.
In the end we had to return the tiles and source different ones. This resulted in an additional days work to pay my tier plus a delay waiting for new tiles.
To be fair to Topps, the return was quick and painless. The samples look amazing. However these tile are to be avoided, especially when they are on the expensive side.

ignore the advertised depth
These tiles were advertised as being 10mm deep. After cutting and laying the tile to match some preexisting ones we found they were 12mm deep. When we returned to topps tiles they said the depth varies when buying natural stone. When we explained the natural contour of the stone may vary the height but the boarders of the tile has been cut at 12mm we got explained the variations are explained on the website. I haven't seen anything mentioned. The colour of the stone and the style is great but if you're planning on specifically using a 10mm tile because that's what you wanted ignore topps tiles measurements - they're just a rough guide!
