Floor looks great at a budget price.
Tiled the boot room floor which looks first class, wish I'd used these in other areas where I'd purchased tiles at 3 - 4 times the price & don't look any better.

A very tough hard wearing tile, a bit lighter than the photo suggests,
we purchased 50 boxes of these tiles to do our complete kitchen diner,
with a room that sized the cost can be quite significant, these are good value, and with free delivery you really cant complain.
affixing them was simple, used 12x20kg bags of adhesive, and a few bags of grout, the sizes where quite consistent, occasionally they would be up to 1/2mm or 1mm larger than one another but easy to compensate.
fitting was straight forward, cutting however was a little more difficult, these are extremely tough tiles and the diamond blade was screaming. but they gave a nice cut edge with little chipping,
i do find they are magnets for dirt and dust, even dust from mixing grout and adhesive have changed there colour, but they should clean up well.
my only complaint, is that they are much lighter in real life the the website suggests, it depicts a strong beige colour almost reddish, but they are very pale yellow, allot lighter than i expected.
bear this in mind if you are putting them in a high traffic area as they show up the dirt allot.
would i buy them again, yes but i probably go for a darker colour, or use dark grout to accentuate the tiles.
