Luxurious and naturally detailed, Marble is a sought-after stone that adds glamour to any living space.
Popular in hallways and bathrooms, its dense structure makes it ideal for frequently-used areas.
Please note this product is a natural stone and therefore you will find colour and pattern variations in the tiles due to the way the product is made. We recommend laying out your tiles before fixing to ensure you get a good mix of shades across the area. For very large areas please ask our experts in store for further advice.
PREPARE: Diluted First Wash 1:30 covers 50m2. Allow the solution to sit on the tile for 5 minutes and work residue off with a soft white emulsifying pad or cloth. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Sometimes after using a First Wash, residues may be left behind, this may be due to the polymer within the grout. In these instances use Tile and Stone Stain Remover diluted 1:5 in the same way as the First Wash.
PROTECT: If using Polished Protector, apply 1 coat using a brush or a roller, allow to dry thoroughly. A 1ltr bottle will cover apprx. 30m2. If using Unpolished Protector, apply 2 coats using a brush or a roller. Ensure you apply the second coat within 4 hours of the first coat. A 1ltr bottle will cover approx. 20 m2.
CLEAN: To prevent the build up of deposits it is important that the correct cleaner is used, to maintain the tiles we suggest Tile & Stone Cleaner diluted 1:200.
PLEASE NOTE: Acidic or Alkaline cleaners are not recommended for use on marble. Marble does not require pre-sealing. Contrasting grouts can cause staining, so it is advised to test the grout on a small area before grouting commences.
