Penny wise, pound foolish....never again
These tiles are really poor quality. They began breaking within weeks of laying them in my kitchen. I now have to get the job redone with new tiles. That's £420 that I spent purchasing them gone down the drain. Not to talk of the labour costs.
Topps tiles has a good reputation and really should stop selling them. I bought them simply because I thought "if Topps tiles is selling them, how bad could they be?" Well, very bad! I feel quite daft.

Grey not white and impossible to cut.
I was disappointed to find that these tiles were not clean white but have a grey tinge. I'd had to wait for some time for them as they were being gathered from around the country so I stupidly decided to over look the colour issue and hope that in the right lighting they'd be okay. The tiles are extremely thick and appear resistant to good quality grout and adhesive. I have now bought 2 different types of tile cutter both which work fine on the wall tiles but on attempting to cut these floor tiles they crack in all the wrong directions. I now have more broken tiles than I have laid, I have a floor covered in dry adhesive with some tiles sitting wonkily on top and I am contemplating ripping up the tiles that did stick - after numerous attempts - getting the whole floor stripped and starting from scratch with another tile. An expensive mistake for a room of only 2m sq.
