Appalling product and appalling duty of care
Avoid this product at all costs. Within a month of being laid a huge chunk of filler - a hole down to the adhesive the size of a fist -- had come out of one tile and within two months multiple other small holes were appearing, along with hairline cracks in many other tiles.
We have had first rate service from our local store in terms of following up and coming to assess the damage but so far no refund and zero attempts to discuss the enormous cost and inconvenience of potentially having to relay the entire floor (which would involve removing a brand new kitchen.)
This tile is not fit for purpose and should not be marketed as such and Topps should have taken action long before this!

very nice tiles but need extra care
These are real travertine tiles and with good quality. They create a very nice effect and warm colour for the floor.
However since travertine they need very high care and can break quite easily in the corners if not managed properly. Buying a few spare ones is a good advice. When I bought mine there was a sale which made them very convenient. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery to the store where I set my collection and it took a few more days before being available. Luckily for me it wasn't a problem.
Anyway these are good tiles and I recommend them.
