Excellent customer service!!!
We would like to comment on the excellent customer service we received to at Erdington store. We were served by Dan who we feel went above and beyond with his service and product knowledge. He was very friendly and welcoming from the minute we walked into store. A big thank you also to Chris the manager whose input was greatly received!!! Excellent team work guys!!!

Location of tiles shortly to be discontinued
We had spent hours trying to decide on new tiles for our bathroom and when eventually decided on one we were informed that this particular store didn't have enough stock to meet our requirements. The assistant who we saw, Ibby, said that he would check the stocks at local stores to see if he could get the necessary amount of tiles to make up the shortfall but Ibby was unable to find sufficient stock at a local store to do this. Ibby said that if we left our telephone number with him that he would try other stores round the country in an effort to help us. Later in the day and much to our delight, Ibby telephoned to say that he had been successful in locating the necessary amount of tiles we required.
