This store is let down by poor quality product and customer service
I bought 9 square metres of the Vyne White Gloss Tile on advice of the helpful store manager Denzel. Not the cheapest tiles but they would look good I thought.
The product arrived and the problems started. Box after box of unevenly cut tiles with a difference of between 1 and 3 mm per tile. It was like the leaning tower of Pisa. The tiler was extremely frustrated - it made his job much more difficult and time consuming but he had to get on with it as the job had to be finished then. Had to get another tiler to help measure each tile to make sure it was even.
Immediately rung the store to let them know the problem, sent in picture after picture, barcodes of the product, tiles etc as requested by store manager. When I telephoned they didn’t take me that seriously. Took in a sample of tiles to store and all were aghast - none of them had ever seen anything so bad in 15 years of the trade.
The discount I was to be offered was to be authorised by customer services due to the severity of the problem as it was more than the usual. I left the store convinced this would be sorted.
Several emails and phone calls later and I’m still waiting. They were more interested in withdrawing the batch of tiles from further distribution and have used all the information I gave to do that.
I wouldn’t recommend these tiles or the company.

Polite, knowledgeable, helpful staff
As a repeat customer, for this purchase I only went to Topps tiles. Reasonably priced and great service.
