Rated 5 out of 5 by from Is what it says on in the shops name !!! :) Great customer service, very patient as I couldn't make up my mind and repeatedly went back to the store to a happy welcome. Very helpful with advice on adhesive etc. Prompt call back when order was in the store. Thanks guys

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor customer service After making several pricey purchases from TT over a period of 3 months as I have replaced two bathrooms I ordered a final batch of Mosaic tiles (£262) which were delivered to store. All went well with the order but when I went into store on the Saturday to collect my order 3 tiles appeared to have been shipped loose and one was damaged. The store offered to replace the tile but could not get delivery until the following Wednesday which in my case was too late as I had booked a tiler for the Monday. I asked if a sample tile could be "cut" to replace the damaged part of the tile and after some pulled faces it was agreed that it could be done. The Store Manager ( I think called Mike) who had originally taken the order and been helpful during the order process suddenly appeared to treat us like we were a nuisance and when I asked if I was to pay full price for the damaged tile snapped that we were lucky to not be charged extra for their service....with the implication that we were a nuisance. Not at all impressed ............seemed that he was happy to take my money from an easy sale but sorting out problems a different matter.
