Wonderful store!
We visited the store on a really busy Saturday afternoon (24/3) and had the pleasure of being served by Kate the manager. Nothing was too much trouble, she made the whole shopping experience a pleasure and we were so impressed with her knowledge! Unfortunately our daughter became unwell whilst in the store and we were really touched by Kate's genuine concern for her wellbeing. Despite being rushed off her feet she took the time to make sure we were Ok and tried her best to make me feel less embarrassed about the situation! We will definitely be back to order

Superb customer service - run the business as if it were their own
The entire team at the Camberley branch are fantastic. Great customer service, friendly and thoughtful. Special thanks to Gary and his manager Hugh. The team run the place like it's a family business, nothing was too much effort in terms of locating exactly what we wanted. Gary must have phoned most of the branches in the south east to try and locate a specific batch of tiles for us. They went the extra mile and indeed were successful!
Will definitely be back and be recommending them to all in need of tiles!
