I recently had a leak in my bathroom which led to joists being swollen and tiles cracking. As I had purchased the tiles from Topps in the first place (probably over 4 years ago) I went back on the off chance that the tiles might still be stocked, taking just one of the tiles with me as I had no invoice from the original purchase.
The service I received was nothing short of outstanding. It would have been very easy to say very sorry we don’t stock this anymore. However what Lewis did, was to take a photo of my tile and some details from me. A couple of hours later he called me to tell me that he had identified the tile, contacted some stores and found some stock. Unfortunately only one size was available, but he gave me the website details of the manufacturer so I could see if I could get the other size directly from them – which I could.
Mega, mega impressed.

excellent customer service !!!!
Turned up at Topps with some scrappy measurements on an envelope which Charlie soon transferred into a meaningful order which will be delivered Monday pm into my first floor flat at no charge, much thanx to Lewis for checking out delivery charges with - i assume - delivery office somewhere.
Choosing grout colour was made easier by Charlie who gave me grout choices and fetched sample of tiles I wanted - he tried to use a computer design but unfortunately didn't load - same as mine at home - so that was satisfying as well !!
Overall the bill was far more than I expected but was reassured any unopened items could be returned for a full refund, but better to order too much and return extras as searching for matching batch numbers could prove tricky and delay trades from finishing bathroom/kitchen refit - which made sense to me.
All in all with a little help from Gary as well a very pleasing experience from a very well informed and polite team.
Many thanx again lads was a pleasure doing business with you.
