St Albans - Outstanding customer service
I've been to Topps Tiles St Albans on several occasions in the last couple of years. Every single time, I am greeted with a smile and friendly service. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, and they go out of their way to try to meet the customer's needs. On this recent occasion, store manager Bob and staff member Marcus were just brilliant, and came up with a solution when a sheet of mosaics from the warehouse was slightly damaged. I've been to several competitors' showrooms, but all of them fail to engage the customer like the team at Topps Tiles. Other businesses could learn a lot from them.
