TILES ARE TOPPS
We initially visited the store some months ago and were very impressed with the choice available. We selected two tiles which interested us and took them with us, together with an estimate for cost, which also included underfloor heating. After finally organising someone to do the tiling we returned last month and were double impressed when the assistant who had originally served us remembered our initial visit. We ordered the supply of tiles we had originally selected, together with stuff for the underfloor heating. When the tiler came to start the job he said the underfloor heating we had bought was too big and needed to be changed. We 'phoned Topps (Peter again, I think) who immediately said "No problem", so we popped back, exchanged our original purchase for the correct size and were even more delighted to find that we were due a refund! The fact that I didn't have the credit card I had used to make the original purchase was again no problem. The refund cheque arrived this morning, barely 2 working days later. Amazing! All in all a great customer experience with which we were totally satisfied. Thank you Topps!

Salesperson - Chloe (Excellent Customer Service)
I've been thinking about redoing my bathroom for over a year now and visited the Brighton store in Southwick several times over that period for suitable wall tiles. I've been dealing with Chloe who has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She's very knowledgeable about the products in-store and more importantly she's a lovely person with exceptional customer service skills. Would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about going to that store.
