Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Customer Service I contacted one of your Norwich stores yesterday about stock of a product. To be advised that they did not have enough for my needs. They did however check stock at surrounding branches for me. It turned out that the nearest store to me that had the items I needed was Sudbury, Suffolk. This is approx. a ninety mile round trip for me. On contacting Sudbury to check that they did indeed have the stock. I got chatting to Peter Anderson. When he heard where I lived, he suggested that he could drop the stock off at your Thetford store for me to collect from there this morning, as that's where he lives. This is a twenty eight mile round trip for me. This I consider to be exceptional customer service, and I would like it noted that this is the calibre of the staff that you have. A big thank you to Peter from a happy customer.
