Recommend to friends
have been all over Rotherham looking at kitchen tiles without success called in at topps tiles and the manager kevin talked us through our kitchen colours & after 45 minuts sowing us different tiles we where sold on the tiles he recommended great service nothing was too much trouble for him we know where to go in future recommended to our friends thanks kevin

Friendly, helpful staff who go above and beyond!
A week before Christmas is a hectic time for retail staff, but there was no sign of that from any of the staff when I visited this branch twice this week. The first visit was with my husband and we were shopping for grout, adhesive and trims. Hayley was a fountain of knowledge and helped us with the prices, colours and uses for a range of items. There was no instrusive or pushy sales techniques, it was just someone wanting to be helpful. The second time I visited on my own, which filled me with dread as I had absolutely no idea what I was actually looking for, but I had nothing to worry about. I took my list to the counter and Kevin and Shelley were more than helpful! They collected all the bits I needed and were so patient whilst I made phone calls backwards and forewards to my husband to confirm a few details. Kevin even helped me to the car with the bags of adhesive. Thank you for such a pleasant shopping experience and I will definitely be back and, whats more, I'll have no reservations about shopping alone here!
