Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Customer Service I visited the store last week with my order for bathroom wall and floor tiles. I was promptly assisted by Robert and I asked for his advice on what I had selected, specifically with the floor tiles. He advised a different floor tile for my bathroom as he advised my choice would be slippy when wet! He went out of his way to help me choose a different tile and even laid them out on the floor to give me an idea along with my wall tiles! I was very happy with my final choice and his help to get me there. All the tiles were in stock and he brought them all to my car and loaded them in with a colleague. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and delivered an excellent service and is clearly happy in his work. Originally I was just going to place the order on line but Im so glad I came to the store instead, he made a fairly boring purchase a enjoyable one! He is a credit to your business!
