Terrible customer service and delivery experience
Terrible customer service and delivery experience! Details below. Beware at all costs! We have bought 10 boxes of Westminster Tiles on Topps Tiles website on 28 February 2018 for our kitchen floor. None of the London shops had enough stock, so your Luton store had enough stock and delivered them to us. However, after the flooring was completed, our builder informed us that one of the boxes delivered was broken. We asked for a refund for this box by emailing Customer Services and Luton store. Luton store didn't respond at all to our email. Customer Services told us to go to Luton store to show that the delivered box was broken and get a refund there although we sent them a picture of the broken box. We told them as we live and work in London, it's not possible for us to go there, but they still didn't issue our refund and advised us to go to another store in London. We went to Vauxhall store but they refused to give us a refund although they saw the broken tiles as they didn't sell them to us in the first place. We shouldn't have gone to a store for a refund anyway, because we bought them on Topps Tiles website, so Customer Services should have paid the refund but this never happened. Unhelpful team there. Beware.
Also, I would like to complain about Topps Tiles delivery man who delivered the package to us on 3 March 2018. He just left all the boxes on the kerb and left us asap without saying anything. He even didn't bring them to the door of our property, which is not acceptable, as we live on ground floor. How are we expected to carry 10 heavy boxes of tiles from the kerb to our property, especially in snowy weather? As we weren't informed of any delivery restrictions, he should have brought them inside. I was heavily pregnant and obviously couldn't take them in. My husband had to carry them all and the delivery man even didn't help him carrying them inside. So my husband hurt his back and suffered for days! The delivery man even didn't unpack the boxes and left all the packaging and the big wooden tray underneath the boxes for us to deal with. This was a very unprofessional and rude behaviour, unbelievable and unacceptable! Customer Services neither warned this man, nor apologised to us! We are very disappointed and won't shop again from Topps Tiles.

I placed my order online with Topps and within the hour I was called to say the branch had too few tiles in stock but would contact me to let me know when my order could be collected.Just a few days later I was called again to say my order was ready.When I went to the store the staff could not have been more helpful,fantastic service from everybody,well done.
