Excellent service and expertise
We requested assistance over and above the Company's normal service provision not really expecting a positive response. Within a few hours the Grantham branch responded positively to our request and we were able to collect our tiles that same evening. Throughout this whole process Ron was helpful and informative. We arrived quite late to pick up the tiles and every assistance was given to us. We're not regular customers of Topps Tiles but do go there when we are looking for good value and helpful, well informed advice. I can't recommend this Company, Ron's and his colleagues' service and the choice of tiles too highly.

After rushing back from work I headed straight to your store to collect my pre paid order. Arrived at 6.01, the door was open so I went in.
I then had "WE'RE SHUT!" hurled at me several times.
I asked if I could just collect my order and was told again "we're shut!"
After explaining that I worked away from home and that I didn't know when the next chance would be for me to come and collect them I was told "well you won't get a receipt" I said it was fine so the two guys walked off and mumbled "should have come when we were open".
1. Your staff need some, in fact no, they need a lot of customer service training.
2.Your staff need teaching that when a shop shuts, the door gets locked.
3.Your staff need teaching that from one unhappy customer, you produce several as people speak, just like I did to my father who is a Plumber/Gas Safe engineer ( I doubt he will be returning for any tiles he needs for various jobs).
