For the extra cost of shopping at Topps compared to other tile retailers, i expected to be wowed by their customer service. How wrong i was!!!
I was served by someone claiming to be the manager, but God help the staff there if he actually was. Rude, abrupt and clueless on how to deal with members of the public. I left very disappointed and went to the Redhill store instead, where i was served by the very knowledgeable Rob.

I previously purchased some tiles from my local store (Gatwick), service was very well all throughout and the staff were incredibly helpful, upon returning to your store on Monday to purchase the grout that me and my partner had decided on it was almost unbearable, i understand the rise in temperature being uncomfortable at times for most but it was borderline inhumane. There was only two members of staff working which caused a slight delay as they were busy loading products for other customers which is fine, nevertheless they were absolutely soaked afterwards. While waiting i decided to check the temperature myself via my phone which was indicating to me it was 38+ in my current location!! To top all of this upon leaving the store a fellow customer was actually removing he's t-shirt in the middle of an aisle. Please dont let my review/opinion be a reflection of your staff as on the 3 or 4 occasions i have visited this store in particular they have always been helpful and attentive to what i needed but more so a reflection of the unbearable work and store conditions.
