Delivery & Store Collection

STORE COLLECTION Each product differs – this could be the same day or it might take a few weeks. Individual lead times can be found on the product page under the Delivery tab. FREE on all orders. Once your order is placed the store will ring you within 48hrs to confirm when your goods can be collected. In-store collection is not available on sample orders (although home delivery is free on sample orders anyway.)
STANDARD Each product differs – this could be a few days or it might take a few weeks. Individual lead times can be found on the product page under the Delivery tab. Free on online orders over £250, £20 on orders under £250. You can choose a delivery day between Monday-Friday during the checkout process.
WEEKEND Orders placed before 11am on Fridays will be delivered on the upcoming weekend, orders placed between 11am Friday and midnight Sunday will default to the following weekend. £20 on orders over £250, £40 on orders under £250. You can select a delivery date (Sat or Sun).
SAMPLE SERVICE Most are up to 4 working days, but some may take up to 10 working days. Please check delivery information on specific product pages. Free home delivery on all sample orders. You can order up to six samples at one time – smaller samples will be delivered by Royal Mail and larger samples will be delivered by courier service and may need a signature.

Fulfillment Method

Home Delivery

At Topps Tiles we believe in offering a personal service. We know that choosing the right tiles for your project can take time and that you will interact with our business in a variety of ways, from online shopping to in-store browsing. This is why we fulfil all web orders from a convenient store near you; so that if one of our Topps Tiles store colleagues has been guiding you through your tiling or flooring project, you can rest assured that they will also pick, pack and despatch your order.

Your online order will be automatically assigned to the store closest to you, but you can also select from a list of the five closest stores if you would prefer a different one. (Please note this does not apply to some of our special delivery options as the order will be assigned to the nearest store which holds the stock.)

A store colleague will call you within 24hrs of receipt of the order to confirm your delivery slot, and you can also opt in to receive a text or email which will keep you updated along the delivery process.

In-Store Collection

In-store collection is free on all orders, regardless of value. During the checkout process you can enter a postcode and search through the nearest stores to find a convenient one to collect from. A store colleague will call you within 48hrs of receipt of the order to confirm when your order can be collected.

Please note, PayPal is unavailable as a metod of payment for orders collected in store.

Delivery Restrictions

We are currently unable to deliver outside the UK with our standard delivery solution. Please note that the following postcodes DUBLIN, GY, HS, IM, IV41, IV42, IV44, IV45, IV46, IV47, IV48, IV49, IV55, IV56, JE, KA27, KW, PA, PH9, PH15, PH16, PH17, PH18, PH19, PH20, PH32, PH33, PH34, PH35, PH36, PH37, PH38, PH39, PH40, PH41, PH42, PH43, PH44, PH49, PH50, TR21, TR25, ZE will incur a higher delivery cost which is based on your exact location and the Products contained within the order. Orders to these locations cannot be processed on the website.

You can return any resalable Products to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Only full boxes of the same tiles will be refunded, or individual tiles with an RRP of £10+ each. You must return the Products to a Topps Tiles store along with a receipt as proof of purchase and a refund will be made via the original method of payment. Topps Tiles reserve the right not to refund if the Products are deemed as not being in a resaleable condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the Products are returned after the 60 day period. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days.
