Sample tiles will arrive on a separate delivery if you have requested next day delivery for any other items ordered in the same transaction. Sample tiles will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Orders are delivered by various carriers, due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport any goods into a property.

Many of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location, this may be kerbside.

	Service: I had to phone your freephone number on more than one occassion and only once was I able to get through, after letting it ring over 20 times. No answerphone, unhelpful female response when I did get through - a very poor service that does you no favours.
