Look nice to start... then water marks appear all over :(
What a nightmare these tiles have been. Our floor layer came to look at them as we thought it might be marks from what he used to clean them when they finished the build. But alas, all he'd used was Topps Tiles tile cleaner. He told me I should use that everytime I wash the floor - BY HAND!!!
Totally ridiculous. I feel we've wasted our money with these tiles. My mop won't go over them as they're too textured, I've used the scrubbing brush end of my steam mop only for the water marks to reappear when it dries.
Very poor quality to mark this easily. I wouldn't recommend for a moment a tile as textured as this.
There are less textured ones that you can clean much more easily that won't be slippery.

Nightmare to clean - not suitable for kitchens
These tiles indicate that they are suitable for the kitchen but they are an absolute nightmare to clean, we shredded two mops on the first attempt to clean and have scrubbed the floor several times, but can never seem to get them looking clean.
If you are considering them for a kitchen - avoid. The non-slip element is probably great in a shower but even if a bathroom, they could be overkill.
