Be very careful before deciding on these tiles
These have to be the worst tiles sold by Topps - & I have fixed much of what they offer. They conform to the recent trend adopted by Topps for ridiculously hard tiles. These are harder than the cheese in a 3-month old British Rail Sandwich & more dense than the average Jermy Kyle participant.
OK, they look nice when fixed, but they are not for a DIY-er, they are just too hard. This opinion was supported when I phoned a tile cutter manufacturer for help - they said that of all the complaints they get, the tile hardness is nearly always the problem - not any of the machines they, or their rivals offer.
I have a good quality score & snap cutter which could not touch these tiles and a powerful 750 watt wet cutter fitted with a Vitrex 'Gold' Diamond blade, - which struggled to cut them. Do the Topps buyers not consider the hardness of the tiles they buy for the company? These are nigh on impossible to cut and if I struggle with decent tools, then surely a DIY-er would have no chance - unless he or she also wants to buy expensive kit adding £200+ to their tile bill.

These floor tiles look really great in a small bathroom with white walls.
