I beieive that I was told by the Borehamwood Branch that I could return overs on my tile purchase. As a result I ordered plenty. I purchased the tiles from Stevenage as my tiler wished to pick them up from there. The receipt was printed "we are happy to accept returns and exchanges with this receipt up to 19/06/16".
I have 126 Tiles,over (3 boxes of 42 Tiles) and rang the branch to arrange to return them, and was referred to the back of the receipt which refers to full packs..
I find this unacceptable as the front of the receipt does not correspond to the back of the receipt, and feel that I have over purchased due to advice given

Â by SueF The grout leeches into the tile even when sealed
I have tiled kitchen with Astrea White tiles. We sealed the tiles TWICE as per instructions. Tested an area with Smoke grout and the grout is leeching into the cracke glaze. It's really bad and is making the crackling effect much darker. It greys the tiles so they look frankly dirty. I am obviously very concerned that the tiles will also 'take in' cooking grease from the hob too. The photos are much more subtle than it looks in real life. I am on phone to customer services who are really being unhelpful. The young man on the end of the phone has really no idea what I'm talking about. I've now asked him THREE times to put me through to a technician. He is trying to deflect me to the store. Now I'm having to send images to a generic email. Really poor service. Really poor product. DO NOT USE.
