Colour variation from Box to Box, not from Tile to Tile
We were told when we purchased the tiles that the Attingham Mist Tile would have a slight colour variation from tile to tile, which is a look that we were going for. A month or so back we purchased a sample of this tile and after deciding that this was the look we wanted we went back later to get the rest of the tiles. After our tiler finished installed them as a kitchen back splash, I could immediately see which tile was the sample tile as it was a darker shade then the others. Also, there wasn't too much of a colour variation from each tile, other than the obviously single darker tile in the middle of all the lighter tiles. We opened another box to switch it out only to realize the tiles in that box were all darker too, and the variation that was mentioned was not each colour is different from tile to tile, but that the variation changes from box to box. Luckily we only did a two-high row of tiles for the back splash so you can't really see the variations from where each box was used, but would worry if you were doing a whole wall if you would be able to tell then.

Colour variation poor
We bought these tiles understanding that there was a slight colour variation on each tile, we had to remove many of them as they looked like they were from a different batch. Hence this led to using more than what was needed and made them more expensive. Reported this to a customer assistant but not really interested as advised of variation when bought.
