Good product, Topps tiles have some issues with their operational structure
This is a great tile, looks fantastic on our new kitchen floor. Many people think it's wood before taking a closer look.
It was a challenge to order, however, due to Topps Tiles fragmented operations. We had bought a previous order as commercial customers. with a 15% discount. For this order, the guy in the local store couldn't find us, so I asked him to set us up again. This required us to fax in a document to the store (who has a fax!) as there was no email or alternate process to verify our status. When this was looking like a lot of hassle he offered to just give us an equivalent discount, and offered 10%. This guy told me he would put the order in, then I didn't hear from him, called the store the next day, and he's off. Then I'd get a text from his personal phone or email from his personal account. It was incredibly slow and unprofessional. He was clearly looking to keep the commission. Then when a few weeks later we had to reorder and my builder did so under his account, he got a 15% discount on the same line. Really angry that guy forced us down a route that caused more time and more money only so he could get his commission.
